You have one advisor who understands your preferences, explains the choices, and helps keep your travel plans organized from the first conversation through your return home.

The initial 15-minute consultation is free. Altamura Travel works with a $75 professional design retainer per traveler for custom research and itinerary planning. When you move forward and book your custom itinerary with me, 100% of the retainer is credited toward the cost of your vacation. We will review the fee and what your planning includes before you decide to proceed.

I plan ocean and river cruises, custom itineraries, U.S. getaways, European journeys, Caribbean and Mexico vacations, travel in Latin America, safaris, honeymoons, and religious pilgrimages for individuals and groups. If you are unsure where to go or which cruise to choose, we can compare options around your interests, budget, and preferred pace.

Many cruises and vacation packages allow an initial deposit followed by a final payment later. Other arrangements, including some airfare or bookings made close to departure, may require full payment when booked. The amount, due dates, and cancellation terms depend on the travel provider and fare. I will explain the terms for your selected trip before you book.

Yes. I can help you explore available travel protection options for your trip. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and purchase deadlines vary by policy. Review the policy details and confirm specific coverage questions with the insurance provider before purchasing; not every reason for cancellation is covered.
